As I know so little about computers, I just thought I needed to update the drivers, so I went to Nvidia's website to download the latest drivers, which I found and downloaded but it would not let me install it just gave me an error "NVIDIA Installer cannot continue" (as seen by the screenshot provided in the reply) So I went to YouTube to look up solutions and I found a video that told me to uninstall the driver from device manager then install the latest drivers and that didn't fix the problem. So I did some digging and found out the graphics card was not in device manager unless I picked the "show hidden devices" option. My bad, when I was playing COD MW2 I noticed my laptop was not using the dedicated graphic cards, instead it was using intel graphics which made the game really hard to play since my fps were so low.
